• All deposits are non refundable or transferable 

• If you cancel within 48hrs you are required to pay the remaining balance of the treatment, fail to make this payment and you will be unable to rebook until it’s paid

• Please arrive on time (not earlier or 5 minutes late) to your appointment

• If you do not turn up to your appointment or contact me then you will not be booked in again if remaining balance is not paid 

• Deposits are non refundable however if you have a reaction to the patch test a credit note or a refund of the deposit will be arranged 

• If I am unable to carry out the treatment you will still be required to pay the remaining balance
