Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING Cancellations/rescheduling will need at least 48 hours (2 days) notice otherwise 50% of the final treatment price will need to be paid. 24 hours (1 day) notice will be 100% of the final treatment price. Deposits are non refundable as well as non transferrable under 48 hours notice. No shows/forgetting appointments will need 100% payment of the final treatment price. Fail to make payment will result in no future bookings with Olivia Niamh Beauty. PAYMENT METHODS Deposits are non refundable and to be paid upon booking your appointments. If you are booking through message payment needs to be bank transferred to the below details, if you are booking through the website you will need to provide card details. LATENESS If you are running late please contact me immediately with an estimated time of arrival to your appointment, I will always try my best to accommodate clients running late as I understand it can’t always be helped due to traffic etc however, please be prepared to be turned away. I will always try to rebook you for the same day or at least the same week however you will be required to pay a new deposit.
